Cardinal boys sink Sabres at home
ELDON - The Cardinal boys made it seven wins in eight games on Monday in a 69-52 win over Twin Cedars.
The Comets dropped 20 ore more points in the first and fourth quarters to take down the Sabres. Cardinal led 22-7 after one quarter, 33-22 at halftime and 45-37 after three quarters.
After Twin Cedars was able to cut the lead down to single digits in the third quarter, Cardinal put its foot on the gas pedal. The Comets won the fourth quarter 24-15 to pull away in the final minutes.
