Cardinal's Moore among three area players on state softball team
Cardinal Comets? catcher Lindsay Moore led a group of area softball players named to the 2012 Iowa Girls Coaches Association softball all-state teams today.
Moore, a junior, was named to the class 2A second team. Pekin junior infielder Maranda Baker was named to the class 2A third team.
Fairfield?s Marissa Repp, a sophomore, was named to the class 4A third team as a utility player.
