Ceci Balmer, 59, of Fairfield, died Sunday morning, Jan. 1, 2012, at home.
A service was held Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.
Condolences may be sent to the funeral home.
Mrs. Balmer was born Nov. 10, 1952, in Burbank, Calif., the daughter of Lee and Murray Brasler. She married Alan Balmer June 20, 1982, in Sherman Oaks, Calif.
