The Class 3A state baseball tournament begins Tuesday at Principal Park in Des Moines, home of the Iowa Cubs, Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs.

No. 1 Cedar Rapids Xavier (38-2) versus No. 8 ADM-Adel (13-17)
1:30 p.m.
No. 4 Marion versus No. 5 Sioux City Bishop Heelan Catholic (29-10)
4:30 p.m.
No. 3 Central DeWitt (36-3) versus No. 6 Centerville (24-6)
7 p.m.
No. 2 Davenport Assumption (31-4) versus No. 7 Boone (20-12)
Semifinals will be played on August 2 with the times to be determined and the championship game will be on August 3 at 4:30 p.m.
