Columbus remains unbeaten
Over the last week, Columbus has continued its strong season.
The Wildcat boys? soccer team earned another pair of wins over the most recent span, improving to 12-0 on the year, with a 5-0 win over Mediapolis and an 8-0 victory over Wapello.
The No. 3 ranked Wildcats have not given up a goal for the last five contests, and given up three regulation goals in the entire season.

Over the last week, Columbus has continued its strong season.
The Wildcat boys? soccer team earned another pair of wins over the most recent span, improving to 12-0 on the year, with a 5-0 win over Mediapolis and an 8-0 victory over Wapello.
The No. 3 ranked Wildcats have not given up a goal for the last five contests, and given up three regulation goals in the entire season.
In the contests against Mediapolis, senior Warren Krieger-Coble earned a shutout with two saves recorded, while Erick Cantarerro added to his big season with two goals and two assists on the day.
Daniel Fuentes, Kevin Rodriguez and Diego Sanchez also recorded goals in the game, while Sanchez added two assists.
In the contest against Wapello, Cantarerro had four goals and two assists, while Sanchez notched three goals and another two assists.
Eliah Zawthang notched the other goal for the Wildcats, while Krieger-Coble had three saves in the shutout win.
The Wildcats will take part in the SEISC tournament starting on Friday, when they host Mediapolis at 5 p.m.
