Columbus wins its eighth straight
Columbus held off Wapello in the fourth quarter of Tuesday?s Southeast Iowa Super Conference North Division game for a 46-43 victory.
Senior Caitlin Chaney scored 12 points to lead the Wildcats (13-7, 11-7 SEISC North), who won their eighth straight game. Sophomore Kelsey Pretz added 11 points, and junior Martha Anaya had nine.
Senior Torrie Blake had a game-high 19 points to lead the Arrows (9-11, 8-10 SEISC North).
