There will be no CY-Hawk game this season and perhaps no Iowa Hawkeye football season in general, but one of Iowa's FBS schools will be kicking off their season in less than two months. The Iowa State football team recently released its updated 2020 schedule, which boasts 10 total games.
ISU will open the season at home on Sept. 12 against Louisiana, the team's only nonconference game on the schedule. The Cyclones will start Big 12 play at Texas Christian two weeks later.
The Cyclones will play five home games and four road games in the regular season. The school has decided on a 25,000 spectator capacity for home games.
