Dallmeyer, Huff, Anderson to play in all-star softball games

Three area seniors have been chosen as All-Stars by the Iowa Girls Coaches Association. Washington’s Kellie Dallmeyer, Van Buren County’s Chelsey Huff and Madie Anderson of Winfield-Mt. Union will participate in the games.
The association selected players for three teams and all will play one another Saturday in Waukee at the high school.
Dallmeyer is listed as catcher and shortstop. Huff is a pitcher and shortstop and played both positions regularly. While Anderson is a pitcher, she is also listed as a first baseman.
The teams are divided into Red, White and Blue.
Dallmeyer and Anderson will play for the Red team while Huff is on the Blue team.
Other notable area players are Kylee Sanders of Louisa-Muscatine, Chloe Wells of Wilton, Neveah Hildebrandt of Northeast, Grace Lubben of Anamosa
