Delilah Fern Thornburg, 91, of New London, died at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, 2010, at New London Nursing and Rehab.
A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Lunning Chapel in Burlington, with the Rev. Rod Cooper officiating. Interment will be in Burge Cemetery in New London.
Family visitation will be from 6:30-8 p.m. today at the chapel.
A memorial has been established for the Lowell Street Lights Fund.

Mrs. Thornburg was born Oct. 2, 1918, in Lowell, the daughter of James and Jessie Conor Parsons. She married Burton E. Thornburg July 28, 1940, in Kahoka, Mo. He died July 9, 1995.
