Demon 7th-grade girls basketball team beats Aldo Leopold
The Washington seventh-grade girls basketball teams played against Aldo Leopold Monday, Jan. 23, where both the A and B teams were winners.
The A team was up 14-0 after the first quarter and scored 10 more in the second while giving up six points to their opponents.
In the third quarter, both teams scored six points each and in the fourth quarter, Washington added another 10 points and kept Aldo Leopold scoreless ...

The Washington seventh-grade girls basketball teams played against Aldo Leopold Monday, Jan. 23, where both the A and B teams were winners.
The A team was up 14-0 after the first quarter and scored 10 more in the second while giving up six points to their opponents.
In the third quarter, both teams scored six points each and in the fourth quarter, Washington added another 10 points and kept Aldo Leopold scoreless to get a 40-12 win.
Kelsey Pacha earned a double-double in the game after scoring 18 points and having 19 rebounds. She also had eight steals in the game.
Ava Turner scored eight points, had four rebounds and one foul. Grace Schiebel scored four points, had one rebound and one steal.
Chloe Staley scored two points, had three rebounds, four steals and one foul. Elyse Hunt also scored two points, had three rebounds and one steal.
Gretta Rothe scored two points, had two rebounds and six steals. Kyleigh Dolan had two points and two rebounds.
Rylee Fishback had two points, six rebounds and two steals. Having one rebound each was Ella Leyden, Jenna Messer and Sami Smith and having one steal was Emma Zahs.

In the B game, Washington held Aldo scoreless in the first quarter while putting up two points of their own.
Washington scored six points in the second quarter and gave up Aldo?s only point in the game putting the score at 8-1 af the halfway mark.
Washington scored nine points in the third and another four in the last quarter to get the 21-1 win.
Brianna Williams had four points in the game, five rebounds and two steals.
Staley had four points, four rebounds and four steals. Hailey Flynn scored four points, three rebounds and five steals.
Lindsey Lillie scored three points and had three rebounds and four steals. Leyden had two points and one steal in the game.
Messer had four rebounds and one steal. Lexi Dickerson had three rebounds and one steal. Fishback had one rebound, two steals and one foul.
Both Dolan and Smith had one rebound each and Rikaya Dickerson had one foul in the game.
