Demon bowlers fall to Chiefs
Despite the top individual performance so far this season, the Washington bowling teams dropped a meet against Keokuk on Saturday.
Freshman Riley Lambert posted individual games of 213 and 204 on Saturday, good for a 417 series, but it wasn?t enough as the Demons fell to the Chiefs on the meet.

Freshman Riley Lambert posted individual games of 213 and 204 on Saturday, good for a 417 series, but it wasn?t enough as the Demons fell to the Chiefs on the meet.
Behind Lambert, sophomore Tucker Renoux posted a 354 (172, 182), while junior Collin Zear posted a 341 series (174, 167) to help lead the team.
Kylan Gillette had a 266 (132, 134), Kolton Segebart notched a 259 (128, 131), and Bailey Curtis had a 220 (88, 132).
In the Baker games, the Demons were outscored by 109 pins.
The girls? team was shorthanded on Saturday, after Trista Kelly had to withdraw with an injury.
In the individual rounds, Cheyenne Gillette had a 275 series (130, 145), followed by AnnaMarie Walter?s 249 (100, 149), and Emily Kimmel?s 198 (87, 111).
The Demons will host Fairfield in a meet on Saturday.
