Demon boys roll over Trojans
The Washington bowling team took part in a pair of tournaments recently, with a pair of bowlers exceeding the 400 mark for a series.

In a Saturday home meet against Fairfield, the Demons picked up a win behind Collin Zear?s 429 individual series.
The Demon boys posted a 2,663 score to defeat the Trojans by 59 pins.
Individually, behind Zear?s 429 (211, 218), junior Kylan Gillette rolled a 388 (254, 134), and Tucker Renoux had a 347 (207, 140).
Riley Lambert had a 337 (154, 183), Kolton Segebart had a 308 (134, 174) and Bailey Curtis notched a 270 (147, 123) for the day.
In the Baker games, the Demons edged the Trojans by 12 pins.
In the girls? side of the contest, the Demons only had three competitors, leading to the loss to the Trojans.
Sophomore AnnaMarie Walter had a 262 (125, 137) to lead the Demons, while senior Cheyenne Gillette notched a 259 (135, 124) and Trista Kelley had a 240 (105, 135).
In a tournament on Monday night, the Demon boys posted their highest score of the season, posting a 2,730 behind a pair of season-high individual performances.
Segebart notched a 403 (224, 179), while Bailey Curtis had a 362 series with games of 226 and 136.
Renoux notched a 367 series (178, 189), Zear rolled a 365 series (174, 182), Lambert had a 352 (170, 182), while Gillette rolled a 330 (199, 131).
Washington will take part in the conference tournament on Saturday, hosted by the Demons at Lebowski?s starting at 1 p.m.
