Demon Dash set for next Saturday

The seventh annual Demon Dash four-mile and one-mile Run/Walk will be Saturday, April 4.

The race starts at 9 a.m. at the Washington High School. Breakfast will be included by the Washington PTO group.

Following the run/walk there will be an Easter egg hunt for the children of participants. The High School Art Club will be offering child care during the event for a free-will donation. Race proceeds will go to the Washington Community Physical Education Departments and the YMCA of Washington County?s youth programs. The event is sponsored by WCSD, YMCA and many generous local businesses.

Registration for the race begins at 8 a.m., and the cost to register is $30 for adults and $15 for students.

Entry forms can be obtained at any of the four Washington Community Schools, the central office or online.
