Washington defeated Mid-Prairie 51-42 in a junior varsity boys? basketball game between the two county rivals on Feb. 5.

Washington defeated Mid-Prairie 51-42 in a junior varsity boys? basketball game between the two county rivals on Feb. 5.
Junior Mason Quigley and sophomore Blake Weidman scored 13 points apiece to lead the Demons (15-3), and junior Walker Breard added 12 points. Weidman also pulled down a team-leading seven rebounds in the contest, and Breard grabbed five rebounds and blocked four shots. Quigley dished out five assists and had four steals. Junior Brett Wright and sophomore Gage Redlinger both had four points and four rebounds in the game. Junior Noah Lebsack and freshman Jack Giardino both chipped in two points, and Giardino also grabbed six rebounds. Sophomore Travis Friese scored one point.
