Demon seventh- grade boys? basketball team play against Aldo Leopold

The Washington seventh-grade boys? basketball team welcomed Aldo Leopold of Burlington to Washington Tuesday, Dec. 6.

The A team won their game 33-30, while both the B and C teams lost their games. The B team fell 6-20 and the C team lost 10-26.

In the A game, Kasen Bailey led the team in scoring with 15 points. He also had two rebounds and two steals.

Lucas Kroll had 10 points along with three rebounds and two steals. Travis Leyden scored four points and had three steals.

Jacob Miller had two points and one steal. Lance Sobaski and Grant Sobaski both scored one point and had one rebound and one steal each.

Ethan Zieglowski had two rebounds and John Prochaska had two steals in the game.

The A team is 7-4 for the season.

Evan Miller was the top scorer in the B game with four points along with having two rebounds and one steal.

Taviaun Willis scored two points and had one rebound. Zeke Slagel had one rebound in the game and Javaughn Stuart had two rebounds.

The loss gives the B team a 5-6 record for the season.

Leading the C team in scoring was Aidan Miller with six points along with one rebound and one steal and Jackson Hesseltine scored four points and had two rebounds.

Lincoln Hanson had one rebound and one steal. Peyton Snakenberg had one steal.

Willis had one rebound in the game and Fabian DeJesus had two steals.

The C team has a season record of 1-6.
