Demons claim five duals
The Washington wrestling team had a busy Friday night, participating in five duals at Cascade, but came away victorious in each, improving the Demons? dual record to 10-0.

The Washington wrestling team had a busy Friday night, participating in five duals at Cascade, but came away victorious in each, improving the Demons? dual record to 10-0.
On the night, six Demons posted undefeated records in five matches, with six Demons also posting at least three wins by pinfall.
Garret Ikerd (106 pounds) won all five of his matches, with three pinfalls, in addition to earning a technical fall and a win by forfeit.
Kyle Anderson (132 pounds) posted four pinfalls on the night, en route to a perfect 5-0 night, while Austin Hazelett (138 pounds) pinned one, and earned a technical fall for a perfect record and Michael Ellingson (145 pounds) pinned three and earned two decision wins at the Cascade meet.
Trey Van Weelden (152 pounds) and Tristan Westphal-Edwards (160 pounds) each posted three falls and two wins by forfeit on the night, while Mitchell Huisenga (heavyweight) pinned three en route to a 4-1 record at the meet which featured Maquoketa Valley, Maquoketa, Starmont and Bellevue.
The Demons will be off until Thursday when they open the home portion of the schedule, hosting conference opponent Fairfield at 6:30 p.m.
