With a few inches of snow piled on the Case Field track, the Washington girls' and boys' track teams have been forced to practice inside the high school so far this season. The weather won?t be a concern when the Washington girls? track and field team opens its season tonight at its Demon Indoor at the University of Iowa Rec Building in Iowa City. Not only will the 26 teams that will be competing be sheltered from the elements, but the winter storm forecast for today will likely hold off until the meet has been completed.
