Demons will travel to Knoxville
The pairings for the Class 4A girls? basketball tournament were announced yesterday, and it has the Demons traveling for its first game of the postseason.
The Washignton girls? basketball team (4-13) will hit the road to face Knoxville (16-1) on Feb. 18.
Knoxville leads the South Central conference along with Class 2A Eddyville Blakesburg (12-8), and Class 3A Davis County, Bloomfield (10-8).

The pairings for the Class 4A girls? basketball tournament were announced yesterday, and it has the Demons traveling for its first game of the postseason.
The Washignton girls? basketball team (4-13) will hit the road to face Knoxville (16-1) on Feb. 18.
Knoxville leads the South Central conference along with Class 2A Eddyville Blakesburg (12-8), and Class 3A Davis County, Bloomfield (10-8).
The winner of the first round game will earn a trip to face Pella (14-2), who received a first-round bye, on Feb. 21.
On the boys? side of things, the Class 1A and 2A pairings will be released this week, while Class 3A and 4A pairings will be released next week.
