Drake Relays announce participants

Over the weekend, the Drake Relay qualifier list was finalized, with numerous area athletes earning the nod to compete at the prestigious event.

Washington had one event qualify for the meet held at Drake University in Des Moines, while Mid-Prairie led the way with five events earning the trip.

The Drake Relays will be held from April 27 to May 1, with events happening throughout the week. Check back to The Journal for the most up-to-date results.
