Eighth-grade girls? basketball team wins against Fort Madison
The Washington Middle School eighth-grade girls? basketball teams came away with a win against Fort Madison Monday evening.
A-Team
The A-team earned 32 points for the victory; Fort Madison had 30.
Kellie Dallmeyer was the top scorer for the team with 10 points. She also had five rebounds and one steal.
Anna Nacos was the second highest scorer with nine points. Nacos led the team with six steals.

A-Team
The A-team earned 32 points for the victory; Fort Madison had 30.
Kellie Dallmeyer was the top scorer for the team with 10 points. She also had five rebounds and one steal.
Anna Nacos was the second highest scorer with nine points. Nacos led the team with six steals.
Sophia Kleese and Taylor Brinning scored five points each. Kleese had one rebound and two steals, while Brinning had one rebound.
Sydney Cuddeback and Emma Herr also scored for the team.
B-Team
The B-team also won their game, 24 to 12.
Alivia Emry scored 10 points and two steals.
Kiki Guo scored six points, had four rebounds and one steal.
Jaden Chalupa followed with four points.
Emily Geyer and Trina Griffin scored two points each. Griffin led the team with five steals and Geyer followed her with three steals.
The next game will be Tuesday against Mt. Pleasant.
