SEISC South basketball standings at the break

The Southeast Iowa Super Conference boys is already starting to round itself out through the opening weeks of the season.
Between the SEISC’s two divisions, each leader has at least a one-game lead on the second seeds. West Burlington is out front in the South with a record of 7-0.
In the SEISC South, West Burlington is way out front. The Falcons have a 7-0 conference record, three games ahead of Notre Dame and Holy Trinity Catholic, both of whom were defeated by the Falcons.
Danville, Central Lee and Mediapolis are all 3-3.
New London sits at 1-7 in the conference play, followed by Van Buren County at 0-6. The Tigers’ lone conference win came against the Warriors in the first game of the season, 65-41.
The Tigers will take on Mt. Pleasant in the first game of 2024, followed by WACO and then Van Buren County. .
Van Buren County gets Columbus in its first game of the new year, followed by Mediapolis in its first SEISC South matchup.
