Fairfield 9-10 year olds beat Davis County
The Fairfield Little League 9-and-10 year old all-star team played its district tournament over the weekend.
After advancing through pool play a week earlier, Fairfield opened with a 7-2 loss against Albia/Monroe County but bounced back to beat Davis County 8-4.
Carson Crile was the starting pitcher in both games and was relieved by Tristan Waugh and Collin Breen.
