Fairfield bowling drops two at Keokuk

KEOKUK — The Fairfield boys and girls bowling teams took a trip south on Tuesday afternoon for a Southeast Conference matchup with Keokuk.
Both teams were defeated by the Chiefs, with the boys suffering a 2,472-1,990 loss and the girls falling 2,669-1,743.
The Trojan boys were led by Gannon Scott who finished with 317 total pins. Chase Johnston followed with 286. Ethan Cass bowled 261. Ian Aplara had 244. Bihn Troung finished with 238 and Dalton Drish ended with 237.
For the girls, Karen Ehret bowled a game-high 421. Jayden Burke finished with 226. Abigail Ford scored 192. Elizabeth Hootman ended with a 185. Nicole Robb bowled 170 and Maggie Peterson had 131.
The boys drop to 2-3, while the girls fall to 3-2.
