FAIRFIELD — The Fairfield boys basketball team continued to struggle in Southeast Conference play on Friday night. The Trojans hung tight with visiting Burlington early but a shaky third quarter led to a 63-52 loss.
The Trojans and Grayhounds were tied 13-13 after one period. Burlington led 21-17 at halftime before scoring 23 in the third to extend the lead to 44-31 after three quarters.
