Fairfield boys contribute to Ottumwa swimming
Four Fairfield swimmers competed with the Ottumwa Bulldogs on Thursday against Des Moines East.
Senior Logan Angstead finished in first place for the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:04.47. Angstead was also the first swimmer in the Ottumwa team that finished first in the 200-yard medley relay. Freshman Jackson Weaton was the anchor of that team.

Senior Logan Angstead finished in first place for the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:04.47. Angstead was also the first swimmer in the Ottumwa team that finished first in the 200-yard medley relay. Freshman Jackson Weaton was the anchor of that team.
Freshman Evan Huff took first in the JV 50-yard freestyle at 34.32. Weaton placed third in the varsity freestyle at 25.14.
