Fairfield falls twice to Ottumwa
OTTUMWA ? In a girl/boy soccer doubleheader in Ottumwa Tuesday, the host Bulldogs both picked up victories over Fairfield.
The Fairfield boys stumbled for the first time all season against Ottumwa losing a 4-1 match. Cesar Botello scored three times for the Bulldogs while the Trojan offense couldn?t keep up. The lone goal came on a penalty kick conversion from Pasha Bousquet.
In the girls? game, three different

OTTUMWA ? In a girl/boy soccer doubleheader in Ottumwa Tuesday, the host Bulldogs both picked up victories over Fairfield.
The Fairfield boys stumbled for the first time all season against Ottumwa losing a 4-1 match. Cesar Botello scored three times for the Bulldogs while the Trojan offense couldn?t keep up. The lone goal came on a penalty kick conversion from Pasha Bousquet.
In the girls? game, three different Ottumwa forwards scored and the Bulldog defense kept Fairfield out of the goal in a 3-0 game.
The 4-1 Trojan boys will try to get back in the win column with their next game slated for Thursday at home vs. Keokuk. The girls? squad (2-2) will play at Keokuk.
