Fairfield fans ‘Meet the Trojans’
Annual event kicks off winter sports season at FHS
FAIRFIELD — Winter sports are underway in Fairfield, and there was no better way to celebrate than the annual ‘Meet the Trojans’ festivities at Fairfield High School.
Fairfield winter athletes were celebrated, as members of the bowling teams, basketball teams, wrestling teams and swimming teams, as well as the cheerleaders.
The boys’ and girls’ basketball teams put on a scrimmage for the fans in attendance. The Trojan dance team put on a performance in between games.
The ‘Meet the Trojans’ festivities led up to this week, when regular season games will get underway for Fairfield athletics.
