Fairfield JV baseball splits with Grayhounds

Also in game one, Alex Simpson pitched all six innings and allowed no runs on three hits for the win. Chet Vogt was 2 or 3 with a double and Jordan Reid had two base knocks and an RBI.
Justin Leonard and Nic Jackson both finished 2 for 2 with one RBI in the second game. Davisson tallied his third double of the day while Alex Christensen knocked in one run. Jackson took the loss, allowing eight runs ? three earned ? in four innings of work. Wyatt Stark allowed no hits or runs in one frame of relief.
Fairfield JV hosts Pella Christian Friday.
