Fairfield native Bradfield garners men?s tennis honor
MOUNT VERNON ? Cornell junior Justin Bradfield has been named the Iowa Conference Men?s Tennis Performer of the Week for the period ending April 22.
Bradfield, a Fairfield native, posted a 4-0 record in leading the Rams (13-7 overall, 5-1 IIAC) to a pair of conference dual wins over Loras (W, 8-1) April 18 and at Central (W, 6-3) April 21.

Bradfield, a Fairfield native, posted a 4-0 record in leading the Rams (13-7 overall, 5-1 IIAC) to a pair of conference dual wins over Loras (W, 8-1) April 18 and at Central (W, 6-3) April 21.
From the No. 3 spot in the lineup, Bradfield earned straight-set singles wins over Loras? John Keane (6-2, 6-0) and Central?s Collin Schares (6-2, 6-3). He improved to 15-7 overall, including 6-0 in IIAC singles play.
Bradfield partnered with Tyler Shonkwiler in an 8-3 victory over Loras at No. 3 doubles. Bradfield joined Orion Wilkinson in claiming an 8-2 win over Central at No. 2 doubles.
