BURLINGTON ? Sami Herman finished in a tie for 11th place among 11 teams and 66 golfers at the competitive Burlington Invitational Monday.
Herman fired a 92 to match two other golfers while Pleasant Valley?s Anna Cullinan was the meet medalist with a 76. Cullinan?s round was six strokes below the next closest competitor.

Herman fired a 92 to match two other golfers while Pleasant Valley?s Anna Cullinan was the meet medalist with a 76. Cullinan?s round was six strokes below the next closest competitor.
The Trojans finished eighth in the final team standings as Liz Hamilton and Ashley Henkel both posted career bests. Hamilton carded a 110, Henkel came up with a 120 and Kristen Terrell shot a 117 to complete the team score.
Next up for the Trojans is Thursday?s trip to Oskaloosa for a dual meet.
