Fairfield swimming takes 3rd
Trojans edge Keokuk in Chiefs’ home meet

KEOKUK — The Fairfield girls swimming team traveled south to Keokuk on Monday night for a quad with the hosting Chiefs, Williamsburg and Oskaloosa.
The Trojans won four races on the day, a performance good enough to help them overcome the hosting Chiefs. Williamsburg and Oskaloosa finished first and second respectively, with Fairfield following.
Sophomore standout Willow Larsen won two individual races on the day, the 200-yard medley and the 100-yard backstroke. Grace Sobaski was victorious in the 100-yard breakststroke.
Just one Trojan relay team took home the top spot. The group of Ivey Larsen, Grace Sobaski, Willow Larsen and Paige Craun won the 200-Yard Medley Relay
