Fairfield volleyball camps coming up

Registration is now open for Fairfield volleyball camps hosted by Fairfield Parks and Recreation along with the Trojan volleyball program.

The camp is an opportunity for instruction and participation in an intense, technique-oriented practice setting. The skills of passing, setting, hitting and serving will by emphasized in drills involving individual and team concepts. Match play involving strategies and coverages on the court will also be implemented.

The camp is directed by Fairfield head coach Nancy Diers along with assistants Diana Drish, Laura Atwood, Brianna Thornton, Trisha Copeland, Karen Witzenburg, Deanna Hutchings and other area coaches.

Grades: 4-5

Dates: June 13-17

Time: 3-4 p.m.

Cost: $20

Grades: 6-8

Dates: June 13-17

Time: 1-3 p.m.

Cost: $35

Grades: 8-12

Dates: August 1-5

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 12 noon

Cost: $50
