Fairfield winter ‘Meet the Trojans’ agenda

FAIRFIELD — The winter sports season is nearly upon us and for Fairfield it’s kicking off on Thursday with the Trojans annual Winter Season “Meet the Trojans.”

This year the Trojans are encouraging spectators to bring a canned good food item as admission into the event.

These items will be donated to the Lord’s Cupboard.

TEAM INTRODUCTIONS & SCRIMMAGES:

6 p.m. — Introduction of Some HS Winter Activities

1. HS Bowling

2. HS Wrestlers, Managers, & Cheerleaders

3. HS Girls Basketball Players & Managers in HS Gym

~6:15 p.m. — Girls Basketball 10-Minute Warm-up/Shoot Around

~6:25 p.m. — Girls Basketball JV/V Scrimmages — about 25-30 minutes

~6:55 p.m. — Introduction of other H.S. Winter Activities

1. Boys Swimmers

2. Dance & Drill

a. Dance & Drill Performance

3. Boys Basketball Players & Managers

~7:10 p.m. — Boys Basketball 10-Minute Warm-up/Shoot Around

~7:20 p.m. — Boys Basketball 9/JV/V Scrimmages — about 40-50 minutes
