Former MPCHS volleyball player given All-ICCAC Honorable Mention

CLINTON ? Former Mt. Pleasant Community High School volleyball player Mandi White was selected Honorable Mention All-Conference as a member of the Clinton College Cougars for her efforts during the volleyball season.

White helped lead the Cougars to a school-best 22 wins this season, including wins over three ranked opponents.

The libero had 744 total digs, averaging 5.4 per game, ranking her first in the ICCAC (Iowa Community College Athletic Conference) for both total digs and digs per game. She also ranked in the top 20 in the nation in both categories.

White played in 138 games, had 28 kills, seven assists. She was also 394-431 (91.4 percent) in serving with 38 aces, which ranked her in the top 20 in the conference this season in that category.
