Frazer, Broecker claim titles at Classic

FAIRFIELD - Ft. Madison High School's wrestlers ran away with the team victory Saturday at the Southern Iowa Classic.
Washington and Mt. Pleasant each had one champion while Fairfield's highest finish was second place.
At 160 pounds, junior Ayden Frazer of Washington with a record of 32-4 scored a 10-3 decision in the title match over Mt. Pleasant senior Jaden Davis (12-5).
Senior Corbin Broecker of Mt. Pleasant claimed the title at 126 pounds with a 9-7 decision over Knoxville senior Gabe Gordon (23-7).
Fairfield's highest finish was Zach Westercamp (13-7), who was second at 113. Peyton Cline (14-13) took fourth at 152. Jacob Bland (2-4) placed fifth at 126 and Jonah Cooper (9-9) was fifth at 120.
Washington's Matt Collett (23-14) was fourth at 120. Brayden Hartman (19-13) was fifth at 285.
Carson Coleman (28-7) of Mt. Pleasant was third at 120.
