Pairings are listed below for the first round of the Iowa high school football playoffs.

Each bracket is a four-team tournament. Pairings will be redrawn prior to the semifinals. Quarterfinal pairings will be determined by Week 9 Ratings Percentage Index.

All games are scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday Oct. 26. Quarterfinal games will be Nov. 2.
