Getting ready for Spring sports

With spring sports set to get into full swing in the coming weeks, the schedule will fill up for covering events.

As a one-man sports section, it won?t be possible for me to get out to every event with track, golf and soccer all going on, though I would like to.

With that in mind, I would like to ask for help from people in our coverage area. If you are out at a sporting event that I can?t be at, and happen to take a couple of photos, send a few in to sports@washjrnl.com and I?ll do what I can to get them in the paper.

I want to help promote as many of our area student-athletes as possible, and would love to help round out my coverage with more photos.
