Highland 47, Lone Tree 30
The Huskies bested the Lions for the second time this season on Monday night.
Highland outscored and held Lone Tree to single digits in the first three quarters of the matchup. The Huskies led allowed just three points in the first and six in the second en route to a 22-9 halftime lead.
Highland kept the pressure on in the third, limiting Lone Tree to six points once again. Heading into the fourth, the Huskies led 35-15.
Lone Tree won the fourth, 15-12, but it was too little too late as Highland held the larger advantage.
Highland gets back to .500 with the win, now sitting at 6-6.
Williamsburg 40, Mid-Prairie 37
Mid-Prairie was one possession away from coming away with a victory on Monday against Williamsburg.
The game was a back and forth battle throughout. The Golden Hawks and Raiders traded each quarter, with Mid-Prairie winning the first 9-4. In the end, it would be Williamsburg winning its quarters by larger margins.
At the halftime whistle, the Raiders had taken the lead with a 14-6 second quarter. Mid-Prairie answered back, retaking the lead, 27-22, at the end of the third following a 12-4 quarter.
However, the Golden Hawks were unable to slow the Raiders down in the fourth. Williamsburg hung 18 on Mid-Prairie in the final quarter, tying its first half total.
The Golden Hawks fall to 6-5 with the defeat.

The Warriors get themselves back to .500 with the win over the Savages.
