Glen M. Fisher, 81, formerly of Batavia, died at 4:42 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009, at Southern Hills Specialty Care in Osceola.
A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa, with the Rev. Lloyd Osborn officiating. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery near Eldon.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the family present from 5-7 p.m.

Mr. Fisher was born May 26, 1928, near Eldon, the son of Jesse I. and Emma Enlow Fisher. He married Dorothy I. DeMoss Aug. 2, 1986.
