Golden Hawks rally past West Liberty
No. 11 Mid-Prairie trailed West Liberty 22-21 at halftime of Monday?s Cedar Valley Conference game, but the Golden Hawks rallied in the second half for a 43-35 victory.
Senior Jess Butters scored 11 points to lead Mid-Prairie (15-5, 11-3 CVC), and senior Erika Murphy added 10. Seniors Mariah Swartzentruber and Mallory McArtor both had 10 rebounds and five steals in the contest.
