Greene leads WACO runners at Van Buren
KEOSAUQUA ? The WACO cross-country runners competed at the Van Buren Invite on Tuesday, where they were led by Jennie Greene?s top-10 finish.
Greene placed ninth of 40 runners in the Class A girls? race with a time of 19:16.
Cheyenne Sedlacek was 25th with a time of 21:56, and Michaela Shaffer came in 37th at 26:37.

Another runner who competed at the Van Buren Invite was Winfield-Mt. Union?s Kohlton Heinzel, whose name was left off the list sent to the Mt. Pleasant News. Heinzel placed 20th in the Class A boys? race and ran a time of 20:41.
