?We had a pretty good week of practice. We are starting to get some kids back healthy. We would like to get more consistent on offense and not give up big plays on defense. We are looking forward to this week and getting back on track,? said Head Coach Pete Cavanagh.

The Spartans have been as impressive and as dominant as anybody in Class 3A through the first four weeks, blanking Mount Vernon and Iowa City Regina, then winning their first two district games by a combined 94-7.
