The Southeast Iowa Super Conference baseball teams were filled with Union area names, and it’s no surprise given the wild ride our area’s small school teams gave us this summer.
Pekin’s Henry Adam earned the top honor of the list, earning SEISC North Player of The Year. Adam had a fantastic year on the mound, finishing with a 0.92 ERA and 99 strikeouts, while finishing second on the team in batting average.
The Panthers were well represented on the North Division list, as were Class 1A semifinalists Hillcrest Academy.
Raven head coach Danny Hershberger was named as the SEISC North Coach of the Year for 2025. On the south side, that honor went to Jayden Flowers of New London, alongside Mediapolis’ Rick Whitaker.
