Highland softball downs Pekin
The newly ranked Highland Huskies looked the part on Tuesday night, cruising past the Pekin softball team with a 6-0 victory.
The road victory put the No. 13 ranked Huskies at 9-3 on the year and 6-1 in Southeast Iowa Super Conference play.

Cheyann Adamson and Murphy Beinhart each went 2-for-3 with an RBI.
The Huskies will have a pair of home games the rest of the week, taking on WACO on Thursday and New London on Friday.
