Highland tops WACO
Highland?s defense limited WACO to just four points in the fourth quarter of Friday?s Southeast Iowa Super Conference North Division game as the Huskies pulled away for a 53-39 win.
Senior Talon McFarland scored 19 points to lead the Huskies (4-1, 3-1 SEISC North), and he also had eight steals in the contest. Senior Jake Hootman added 17 points, eight assists, five steals and five rebounds.

Senior Aaron Barnhart scored a game-high 23 points to pace the Warriors (2-2, 2-2 SEISC North). Junior Dylon Carlson added 10 points and nine rebounds, and senior Tyler Ayers contributed six assists and six steals.
