Highland wrestling team loses duals meet Thursday
The Highland wrestling teams were host to New London and West Burlington/Notre Dame/Danville in dual action Thursday, Jan. 19.
The Huskies lost to New London 18-60 and lost to West Burlington 24-36.
In the dual against New London, Cullen Klebe (113) lost by fall in 1:29 to Samuel Loyd.
Brady Hahn (138) pinned Gabe Carter in 3:07. Cory Stewart (132) and Dan Burton (152) both won by forfeit.

Winning over West Burlington was Klebe (113) over Riley Walker by fall in 1:52. Stewart (132) won by fall in 3:48 over Wayne Briggs.
Hahn (138) pinned Frank Wu in 1:50. Burton (152) won by fall in 0:59 over Dominic Floryancic.
Winning by forfeit from West Burlington were Riley Ruther (120), Ethan Walker (145), Tucker Moore (160), Drake Smith (170), Tyler Hill (182) and Jekell Duerre (220).
