Hillcrest, Pekin lead cast of All-SEISC boys hoops selections
Panthers’ Cole Millikin named SEISC North Player of the Year

Pekin boys basketball standout Cole Millikin took home Southeast Iowa Super Conference North division’s top honor after an outstanding 2025-26 season. Millikin was named the division’s Player of the Year and was one of two Pekin players to land on the All-SEISC North First Team. The league released it’s All-Conference selections and awards for the North and South divisions Sunday.
Millikin ranked third in the SEISC North in scoring at 19.4 points per game. He also led the division with 76 3-pointers and helped the Panthers to a 19-5 record, including a 13-3 mark in conference play.
Pekin totaled five All-Conference selections. Henry Adam joined Millikin on the SEISC North First Team, while Alijah Brock was selected to the second team. Nolan Glick and Riley Smith were both given All-Conference honorable mention honors.
Hillcrest Academy matched Pekin with five All-Conference selections and two first-teamers. Ravens coach Stephen Bender was named the SEISC North Coach of the Year after he led Hillcrest to a 15-1 division record and a league title.
Senior Rowan Miller and junior Kale Bailey were named to the All-Conference First Team. Sophomore Gibson Scott was named to the second team. Lincoln Miller and Kayden Estell were included among the honorable mention selections.
Winfield-Mt. Union also had five All-Conference selections. Cody Milks was the Wolves lone first-teamer, while Isaac Egli and Max Edwards were selected to the second team. Nick Sparrow and Grant Anderson were given honorable mention honors.
Columbus and WACO each had four All-Conference selections. Holden Hughes of WACO Columbus’ Ellis Hills-Carrier each earned All-SEISC First Team honors.
Highland had three All-Conference selections. Landon Roling represented the Huskies on the second team.
New London’s Brigham Porter and London Franklin landed on the All-SEISC South Second Team along with Van Buren County’s Kinnick Millard. Both teams had two honorable mention selections.
