Holy Trinity pulls away from Pioneers
FORT MADISON ? The Maharishi School boys? basketball team racked up 11 points in the first quarter but just eight more the rest of the game in a 93-19 loss to Holy Trinity Friday.
The Pioneers, who are now 2-10, shot 4 of 8 from the field in the first quarter yet still trailed 30-11 after one. The deficit quickly grew to 53-13 by halftime vs. the hot-shooting Crusaders (9-4).

Maharishi School heads home Tuesday to face Cardinal (6-5).
