Hora named first team SEISC
The Southeast Iowa Super Conference released its All-Conference volleyball teams last Thursday, and a number of area athletes were recognized for their efforts throughout the 2015 season.

The Southeast Iowa Super Conference released its All-Conference volleyball teams last Thursday, and a number of area athletes were recognized for their efforts throughout the 2015 season.
The lone first-team selection for the area volleyball teams came from Highland, who notched a 20-win season in 2015, as junior Kelsey Hora was named the top utility player in the conference.
This is Hora?s second season as a first-team volleyball member, qualifying as the top libero last season.
Highland senior Jenna Dresselhaus joined Hora on the lists, earning second-team recognition for her efforts as a setter for the Huskies.
Iowa Mennonite senior Natalie Graber was named to the SEISC second team this season, helping her team achieve a 13-19 record this season.
Columbus had senior Laura Mincks earn a second-team recognition for her efforts on the year, as the Wildcats finished the season with a 6-23 record.
WACO had a pair of athletes earn honorable mention selection, with junior Halle Kissell and senior Cierra McCartor being named to the lists.
Highland sophomore Sydney Black and senior Brianna Davis were given honorable mention recognition.
Senior Jessica Bender and junior Alijah Beatty were the honorable mention selections for IMS, while Columbus senior Sarah Todd and junior Shania Boyd were named to the honorable mention list as well.
