Washington senior earns honor alongside Fort Madison’s Boeding

Washington senior Randy Huertero was named Southeast Conference Co-Player of the Year this week, when the All-SEC boys soccer teams were released.
Huertero, a defender, started every game for the Demons, and was a captain for the team, which took home the 2024 SEC championship.
The Demons had five players make the All-SEC team. Fairfield had three names on the list, and Mt. Pleasant had two. Every squad got two honorable mentions.
